Life with Cayman S
These days my spare time is spent in very different ways than it used to be. I'm not that much into wrenching on cars anymore. Mostly I pursue my photography hobby, though you can't tell it by looking at this blog. To remedy that a little, here are a few photos of my Cayman S. It's not a frequent subject for my photos, but it is a beautiful object so I do snap some shots when I have a chance. Living within a short drive of the Smoky Mountains leads to lots of photo opportunities and some of the greatest driving roads in the world.

Mystic Blue BMW M3
I got a few new snaps of the M3 this weekend. It has 113,000 miles on it now and it's perfect. It was an overcast day with the strong summer sun filtering through and it seemed to give the car a softer sheen.

Summer Has Arrived
Now that my fuel line blues have been solved, it was great to get the car out for a drive today. It was almost 90 degrees! I also got a new iPhone 4S, so I'm enjoying using it for higher quality photos and videos for my blog. Most of the photos used on this blog have been taken with an iPhone. Some were taken with a point and shoot camera but I find the iPhone photos are more than acceptable for my purposes and especially now with the new one, the photos are quite nice.

M3 HDR photo
I bought a great HDR photography app for the iPhone. It lets you really tweak the photo after you take it. It doesn't just simulate HDR, it really takes two photos and melds them together.
Nothing significant about this photo other than playing with the HDR app.
